I saw this on a gardening blog. And although slightly puzzled by the pointlessness of it all, it struck me that maybe someone, somewhere, somehow might be stuck for pointless and impractical things to do with their odd socks.
If so, you can't beat this pretty and stylish sock planter.
Basically, just put your flowerpot into an old odd sock (or a new odd sock if you have one), fold the top over and fill the pot with soil. Then plant your seeds, seedlings or herbs and you are are ready to go.
Socks are nothing if not versatile.
